RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. Stamps may be returned within 30 days for a credit or fair exchange only. Return postage is to be paid by the buyer. Stamps being returned must be received by Scotland-Stamps.com in mint as-issued condition, undamaged and with no alterations. Perforated and/or unperforated stamps that have been separated from sheets will not be accepted for return.
